Dan Delp

President / CEO

Dan is the founder/owner of Frasier Campbell Wire & Cable. Prior to starting Frasier Campbell, Dan worked at both Monroe Wire as well as Berk-Tek in various technical positions. In 1989 he, along with his father and two partners, founded First Capitol Wire and in 2008 he assumed the role of President/CEO of both First Capitol Wire and Continental Wire. Dan sold both of those businesses to Coleman Cable in 2011, at which time he assumed the role of Product Manager for their high temperature and thermocouple wire products. Dan continued in that role with Southwire after they acquired Coleman in 2014. Dan’s broad experience, working for both large and small companies, has provided him with the background to implement production techniques and quality systems typically only found in large companies while at the same time keeping the company agile enough to provide service unique to smaller companies.

Dave McDonald

Executive Vice President Sales

Dave joined Frasier Campbell in December of 2019. Dave oversees the sales and customer service teams and is responsible for developing and executing a sales plan that achieves the strategic vision and plan of the company. Prior to joining Frasier Campbell, Dave worked for Cable USA in various capacities including 18 years as the President of the company. Dave has spent his life in the high temperature wire industry and knows the products and markets inside and out. Dave’s duties include developing and supporting our distribution channels and is also instrumental in the development of the strategic plan in terms of identifying which new products/markets we should target to help us continue to grow our top and bottom-line revenue.

Dan Welsh

Engineering Manager

Dan joined Frasier Campbell Wire & Cable in June of 2020. As engineering manager at Frasier Campbell Wire & Cable he is responsible for implementing new processes, new product lines and continuous process improvement within the manufacturing facility. Dan also is in charge of the quality control team and ISO compliance. Dan started his career in the wire industry with First Capitol Wire & Cable in 1991 working as a machine operator. Dan has operational experience with taping, braiding, cabling finishing and extensive knowledge of extrusion. Dan moved into the engineering department and worked as both a product engineer as well as a process engineer. In addition to the duties listed above, Dan will also assist with the training/qualification of new employees, sharing his 20 years of experience running the very types of equipment we now utilize at Frasier Campbell Wire.

Cory Kling

Operations Manager

Cory joined Frasier Campbell Wire & Cable in November, 2021 as a staff accountant.  Cory quickly began learning everything that he could about the high-temp wire industry and our processes.  He transitioned completely into an operations role in July of 2022.  As the operations manager, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations.  He is also currently pursuing an M.S. in Accounting to add to his knowledge base.  Cory brings considerable leadership and operations experience to the team.

Juliana Lua

Sales/Customer Service

Juliana joined Frasier Campbell Wire & Cable in June of 2019. She started her career in the wire industry with First Capitol Wire & Cable in 2008 in customer service and sales. Juliana is bi-lingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, and was responsible for all customer relationships in Central and South America. She also went through the technical sales training and gained extensive knowledge of the high temperature products and markets. Juliana continued in her technical sales role after Coleman purchased First Capitol and gained additional experience working in purchasing.

Amanda O’Nan

Customer Service

Amanda joined Frasier Campbell Wire & Cable in June of 2022. She came to us with many years of customer service experience and has a customer-focused mentality. She is committed to building and maintaining relationships with our customers, and meeting all of their high-temp wire needs. Amanda also helps gather information and analyze trends related to our industry, so that she can better serve our customers.

Steve Martin

Purchasing Manager

Steve joined Frasier Campbell in September, 2022 as a machine operator. His desire to learn the industry was quickly noted and he was moved to the offices to further develop that knowledge. As purchasing manager, he oversees sourcing, purchasing, vendor relationship management, and assists with standards compliance and SDS management. Steve brings to Frasier over 15 years of management, supervisory, organizational development, and sales experience from both the public and private sectors. Here at Frasier, his expertise is focused on fostering the strategic growth of our organization as well as that of our business partners.

Dawn Thumma

Accounting Manager

Dawn joined Frasier Campbell Wire & Cable in November, 2021. As accounting manager at Frasier, she is responsible for all financial aspects of operations at Frasier. This includes the accounting process form standard costing and forecasting to the monthly closing cycle. She also handles all payroll functions for the company. Dawn brings to Frasier over 20 years of accounting experience in addition to other supervisory experience.
