Product Design :

1) Conductor:	27% Nickel plated annealed copper per ASTM B355
2) Insulation:	Mica/Glass Tape
3) Jacket:	Fiberglass braid finished with a PTFE Dispersion
4) Cable:	Conductors cabled together with a left hand lay with a mica/glass thermal barrier tape applied over the core
5) Moisture Barrier:	Skived PTFE Tap
6) Jacket:	Fiberglass braid with a high temperature finish

Passes NEMA WC 3 Flame Propagation Test

Characteristics :

Conductor is composed of round and compact flexible stranded 27% Nickel Plated Copper
Mica tape insulation provides excellent high temperature and flame resistance.
Mica tape Insulation provides good chemical resistance and generates low smoke when exposed to flames
Mica tape thermal barrier provides excellent protection from high temperatures and flames
Skived PTFE moisture barrier provides excellent moisture and chemical resistance
Suitable for use in environments from -80°C to 450°C (538°C Non UL)
Product passes the 70,000 and 210,000 Btu/Hr Industry flame tests
Passes IEEE modified 210,000 BTU/hr Vertical Flame Test and maintains circuit integrity for a minimum of 2 1/2 Hrs
Maintains Circuit Integrity in conduit for over 24 Hrs with direct exposure to flame

Applications :

For use in instrumentation, control, power, signal and lighting circuits where circuit integrity is critical and/or for circuits that will be exposed to extreme heat or flame such as steel mills, petro chemical facilities, glass plants and oil refineries
