Product Design :

1) Conductor:	Nickel plated annealed copper per ASTM B355
2) Insulation:	Skived PTFE tape
3) Wrap:	Fiberglass yarn
4) Jacket:	Fiberglass braid finished with a PTFE Dispersion
5) Cable:	Conductors cabled together with a left hand lay and a mylar tape core wrap
6) Jacket:	Fiberglass braid with a high temperature finish

Standard/Specifications:

ASTM B355 Standard: Nickel Coated Soft or Annealed Copper
RoHS-3 Compliant with European Directive 2015/863
Passes IEEE 383 (Modified) 210,000 BTU Vertical Flame Test
Passes NEMA WC 3 Flame Propagation Test

Characteristics :

Conductor is composed of round and compact flexible stranding
PTFE insulation provides excellent chemical resistance, high dielectric strength and low power factor without cold flow.
PTFE Insulation provides good moisture, thermal and flame resistance.
Suitable for use in environments from -80°C to 250°C
Can also be supplied with a K-Fiber braid jacket for additional resistance to abrasion
Can also be supplied with a stainless steel armor braid to provide additional mechanical strength and abrasion/cut through resistance
Can be supplied with solid colors to E1 or E2 color code or can be supplied with spiral stripe S1 or S2 color code

Applications :

For use in applications where the cable may be exposed to high temperatures as well as intermittent exposure to moisture that require a 250C temperature rating
