1) Conductor: Tin plated annealed copper per ASTM B33
2) Insulation: Extruded ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene)

Standard/Specifications:

  • ASTM B355 Standard: Tin Plated Soft or Annealed Copper
  • RoHS-3 Compliant with European Directive 2015/863
  • UL approved as NEC Type Z per table below
  • CSA/C-UL approved as appliance wire per table below

Characteristics :

  • ETFE insulation provides excellent resistance to chemicals, fluids, petrochemicals and superior abrasion resistance
  • ETFE insulation provides a low coefficient of friction which aids in installation
  • ETFE insulation provides excellent crush resistance and electrical properties which allows thinner wall constructions
  • Suitable for use in environments from -80°C to 150°C

Applications :

  • For use as a 150C building wire.
  • Can be installed in conduit per current NEC guidelines
