Product Design :

1) Conductor: Tin plated annealed copper per ASTM B33
2) Insulation: Silicone Rubber
3) Braid:          Fiberglass yarn treated with a smooth lacquer finish

Standard/Specifications:

  • ASTM B33 Standard: Tin Plated Soft or Annealed Copper
  • RoHS-3 Compliant with European Directive 2015/863
  • UL approved as appliance wire per table below
  • CSA/C-UL approved as Silicone Equipment Wire per table below

Characteristics :

  • Silicone insulation provides good chemical, UV, ozone, and fungus resistance and also provides excellent electrical properties
  • Silicone rubber is very flexible and the fiberglass braid provides good mechanical strength
  • Suitable for use in environments from -60°C to 150°C (18 AWG – 6 AWG) or 200°C (4 AWG – 4/0 AWG) per table below
  • Silicone rubber is halogen free

Applications :

Internal wiring of appliances, electrical equipment, hazardous location motors, generators and lighting fixtures
