Product Design :

1) Conductor:Tin plated annealed copper per ASTM B33
2) Insulation:Silicone Rubber with a fiberglass braid jacket
3) Jacket:Coated fiberglass braid
4) Cable: Conductors are cabled together with a left hand lay and a mylar tape over the core
5) Shield:Aluminum/Mylar tape with a drain wire
6) Jacket: Aramid braid with a high temperature finish

Standard/Specifications:

  • ASTM B355 Standard: Tin Plated Soft or Annealed Copper
  • RoHS-3 Compliant with European Directive 2015/863
  • IEEE 383 Flame Test (70,000 BTU)

Characteristics :

  • Silicone insulation provides good chemical, UV, ozone, and fungus resistance and also provides excellent electrical properties.
  • Silicone rubber is very flexible and the aramid braid provides good mechanical strength and abrasion resistance.
  • Aluminum/Mylar Shield provides protection against electromagnetic interference.
  • Suitable for use in environments from -60°C to 200°C
  • Silicone rubber is halogen free

Applications :

Used for the wiring of equipment in applications with high ambient temperatures or in hazardous locations.
